  Requested a quote for a covered back porch the end of April 2024. Was told they were running a special only through the end of April which left me 2 days to get other quotes and make a decision. Could only get 1 more quote which was slightly higher than AAPCO. I felt pressured so I went with AAPCO. (Big Mistake). Gentleman came out to measure for the blue print. Showed him where I wanted it to start and end and he measured. I assumed everything was correct. Wasnt until September when they came out to start project and the plans were incorrect. It was 3 feet shorter than what I specified. Of course they didnt have the materials to start and complete and had to **** the plans to submit to the county. Meanwhile they ripped my current porch down and the dog ramp so I had no way to get out my back door. In addition I was told it would be an extra $8,000 added on to cover the three feet. I thought this was pretty excessive. I requested to cancel project but was told they would not refund the $9,000 deposit I had made. So I had no choice but to go forward with the project. Three months later in December (week before Christmas) they came to start. When finished they had the wrong railings and no shingles so they had to come back again to fix that issue. I felt taken advantage of because Im a female. Not easy to deal with at all. Took 8 months to start the project after I signed the contract and was told they would start in July. They didnt care just wanted the money. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  I am having quality vinyl siding and gutters installed on my residence by AAPCO The contractors (RZ Siding Construction LLC) AAPCO is using to install the siding on my residence are exceptional...their workmanship and communication are outstanding! Gutters are to be installed after siding by another contracted crew. The issue I have is with **** the General Manager of AAPCO I get a call from **** on day 4 of the install demoralizing me the second I answered his call. **** was cynical and very condescending demanding an answer of why I called off the crew. I was confused, asked him to explain and he continues to state he was told I called off the crew. I DID NOT! The crew came to me and explained they ran out of material and could not finish the job until Monday (it is Saturday) when they spoke with a representative of AAPCO. ***** precedes to change to another subject of fascia. AAPCO only quoted for the replacement of the front side of the house with fascia not the back at $42,000. I tried to explain another concern however **** cut me off and said he KNOWS about that and when I told him he was highly unprofessional and rude he started laughing and asking me how was he rude and ***** continued to ask me that question three times. He stated "you do not know what you are talking about and I don't understand you so I will come back out." I was going to address the contract with him but he said he did not want to talk to me on the phone because I was misconstruing everything he said. As of now, I am waiting for someone to contact me on Monday. I have served in the military and worked as a Duputy Sheriff I am very use to people being brass however, ***** is very intentional with his demoralizing, unprofessional behavior. For reference to this complaint **** was my saleman, was very friendly and professional and came out on a Saturday to assist!I will follow up to the outcome to keep this completely fair or address another complaint in this process.

  Worst contractors I've ever worked with. Hired them to replace siding/windows and to take down my chimney last year.When they came to replace my siding, the guys started putting new vinyl siding over my existing cedar shake siding, which is absolutely not what I agreed to. They had to call the office and after some back and forth, they took down what they put up, and began pulling off the existing siding. Glad they did because some sheets of plywood underneath were completely deteriorated. Then, they start nailing foam board insulation to the house, and then the vinyl siding. THEY DIDN'T USE HOUSE WRAP. When I asked the vice president **** about this, he said they never have used it in the past 30 years of business. Right.They also installed perferated vinyl soffit vents, but installed them over the existing boards that were there. When I asked about that, I was initially told they had drilled holes through the boards to provide ventilation. After going into my attic and finding out they didn't, **** told me I didn't pay for that service. Great.Lastly, when I had my chimney removed, they hired subcontractors, who not only damaged my roof and gutters around the chimney, but they called me up beforehand and told me the house had no framing behind the chimney, and they would need to put new framing in where the chimney existed, and that it would cost an additional $7,200. I agreed to pay it, until I saw them take down the chimney. There was no additional framing necessary! I called them up and told them about this, and they changed the story to "I was misquoted originally"After arguing with **** for a few weeks, he lowered the additional $7,200 to $3,650 (although no additional framing was needed I still had to pay over the original estimate!) and refused to repair my gutters or roof until they received that money and even threatened me with lawsuits. Please avoid this company at all costs.

  Had windows installed through AAPCO. **** and ***** were very professional and made the experience seamless from beginning to end.

  The team at AAPCO were a tremendous asset to our home projects. The first call and discussion made was pleasant, professional and the process made seemless in completion of projects. The results were of outstanding quality and products used The best I've seen.
