    Shed Paid for in March of 2023; invoices given by company. Company has not followed through with communication regarding status of building; date has past that I was given as the start date. Alot of back and forth between myself and an individual named ****** but there has been no resolution or shed put on my property that I paid for originally.

    Ordered a custom chicken coop. Paid $600.00 upfront in materials. After two no show deliveries we asked for a refund on 5/19. We were told by ****** we would get it that night. After not receiving it he said we would get it the following day since he fell asleep the prior night. Its now Monday 5/22 and ****** has not answered calls or texts since Saturday.

    Submitted deposits for 2 building projects 5 months ago (12/17/2022), with assurances that the work would be completed within 4-6 weeks, no work has been done and the company has stopped responding. They have not responded to inquires for approximately 30 days. I have begun the process of filing a Civil Claim for Money. The company owes us $5378.96

    On 12/23/22 I entered a contract with ************************ of Tidewater Fence and Buildings to build a 16' x 20' detached greenhouse in our backyard. ****************** stated that the estimated build time was 50 days upon order and receipt of materials. ****************** advised me that all building materials were received on 01/23/23. On 02/08/23 I was advised by ****************** of difficulties transporting building materials due to a trailer break down. I offered to pay for a box truck from *********** however, was told that would not be necessary. Since then, I have received three estimated finish dates which have not been met, to include today 03/17/23. I have made multiple attempts to contact ****************** by phone and text, however, they are rarely answered or returned. To date, I have made $9000 payments to Tidewater Fence and Buildings. I attempted to find this company on ****, however could not find it under this name. Please assist however you are able.
