Textile lofts under this management company has gone down hill, I attempted to go speak to the office at 3:00pm on a Thursday to be told the office is closed. Called the number provided for us to contact management the line states hours go until 5pm. Gabby ***** property manger refused to call a hvac company Wednesday night while my apartment was 87F the hvac unit no longer working I was told a company will be by Friday. They have not provided any solution, I have had to go out and rent chiller units with my own money just to be able to keep one room bearable. I was told the reason I could not have a hvac company come out on Wednesday due to the fact they will not pay after hours charge. I have also complained about mold in the duct system before as I am licensed by the IICRC and AMRT certified. They continue to close out work orders with no one coming by to look at anything. Footage from my camera shows any one to come in the door and only have seen myself and my wife. I will be reaching out to the news and a lawyer as it is absolutely unacceptable.
