    TERRIBLE PLACE TO RENT. THIS COMMUNITY PROTECTS ROACHES AND IS A BIRD SANCTUARY. NEVERMIND THE BIRDS IN THE WALLS OF THE APARTMENTS, OR THE 30 YEAR OLD APPLIANCES IN THE APARTMENTS. JUST MAKE SURE YOU CALL THEM FROM A FRIENDS PHONE BECAUSE THEY SCREEN CALLS AND WILL AVOID YOU AT ALL COST ABOUT YOUR MONEY!! WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT THE RECEPTIONIST GLADLY TELLS YOU SHE IS A MANAGER AND HANGS UP THE PHONE. OUTDATED- ROACH INFESTED- APARTMENTS. THEY ALSO VIOLATES VIRGINIA LAW BY NOT PROVIDING FINAL INVOICES BY 30 DAYS OF END OF LEASE AND BY FAILING TO PROVIDE DEPOSIT REFUND BY 45 DAYS OF END OF LEASE.
