    After speaking with the company, I realized I didn't check for an email confirmation like the schedule said to. It must not have sent or I didn't do it right. They came out as soon as I got a hold of them. They really did a great job. Can't remember my old account email so posting this update.

    I used Brogan's in the past and was pleased with their service. However, I scheduled an appointment with Brogan's to service my gas fireplace and they never showed up!

    Brogan's gas log fireplace repair service's is now my "go-to" company for my gas fireplace. The service was outstanding! I like that they have the appointment system on their website. That was very convenient. It displayed a popup when i first logged on explaining that in warmer months, like now, they are shorter staffed (which makes sense), and because of that the appointments are in 5 hour blocks, they say they will call 1 hour before heading towards the customer location, and that's exactly what they did.
