    I placed an order Dec27, to date have never received merchandise. A call to customer service was futile, nasty rude so unprofessional. Meanwhile I get a text from someone that kept emailing me stated that all future orders would not be accepted because I contacted ****** with a dispute. Today Jan 20 I see that they contacted the shipper *** asking for the package to be returned to sender. Meanwhile ****** has already paid them, I’m a curvy girl and have never had issues with this company. TO ALL MY PLUS SIZE GIRLS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE…

    The customer contacted us several times regarding both orders. Notwithstanding ******** rude and difficult behavior during the call, we provided a thorough verbal explanation and sent a confirmatory email with the holiday closure notification and *** tracking. Our holiday closure dates, listed on the website header since November 1st, were clearly communicated to the customer. Both orders were placed during our closure period, from December 19th to January 6th. We provided tracking information for both orders and explained that the delay of the order in question was due to weather-related issues beyond our control, as per the *** tracking. 01/17/2025 10:02 A.M. On the Way Significant weather events across the globe are impacting the *** network. Although your location may not be impacted by adverse weather, the movement of packages in the network may be impacted by weather conditions in other areas. As a repeat customer, it is essential that the customer familiarizes themselves with our policies. After providing proof of shipment, the customer filed an unfavorable dispute, leading to the package being returned to the sender, which is the only reason for this complaint. Curvaceous Boutique reserves the right to refuse business.

    I placed a order with her Company so I never received the email about me providing a mailing address because UPS doesn't ship to PO Boxes so I was aware after emailing the Company about my order. On the website it shows they ship throug* *** * **** so how am I supposed to know which Compant she's shipping with today? The email was nonchalant and argumentative but I didn't have time for foolery. I received the items but was only happy with one of them and that's a t shirt. There a no refund or exchange policy allegedly due to Covid???????????but clothes are sold during Covid and etc. All Companies have return policies lik* ******** ******* ****** Boutiques where I live, and etc. The prices are ridiculously expensive compared to other Companies who sell the same items. The lack of accommodation from Customers & customer service is the issue for me. I believe it was the Owner responding in the emails because I contacted her via ********box before about the sizing & fit of clothes but got the same nonchalant, no clarity response that I received in the emails. Everything she sell hram as a lot of stretch and runs big to go across her butt not other people to be taken into consideration. The sizing and fit on the website isn't clear or accurate then there's no customer reviews on the items so it makes it harder.

    Ordered an item that was not received due to postal services, contacted the business, I was informed I will have to pay an additional $15 for redelivery, item had been paid in full plus delivery fee, Business would not honor a store credit! Sad to say, the item was returned to the business in its original packaging and condition! I am sure she is making double profit for this item! POSTAL SERVICE IS NOT OUR FAULT, CUSTOMER HAVE LIVES TOO! WE PAY FOR DELIVERY, DUE TO OUR DAILY TASKS!!!!!! Merry Christmas!!!!!

    The order was shipped on Nov 7th and *** tracking provided twice through our shipping program ********** and the website to the email provided lakcart************* We verified the customer's shipping address and email which are both correct. It's the customers responsibility to track their package. A signature is require for ALL addresses that contain apartment numbers. . The package was returned from *** due to the customer not being home to sign for the package or picking up the package from the *** access point. The customer acknowledges all policies and procedures at checkout which include return packages' team member informs the customer of the returned package and the cost to reship package and our refused package policy. UPS provides tracking notification and pick up services to accommodate ones busy schedule. Curvaceous will adhere to all policies and procedures. REFUSED PACKAGES If your package is refused or returned from ****, you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. Curvaceous Boutique does not issue any forms refunds and  online store credit nor reimburses shipping fees.
