      The call I experienced with Glasser and Glasser this morning, May 1st, was deeply unprofessional and frankly, disrespectful. When I called to discuss my account and spoke with Demarcus ********* I was asked for verification via account number or social security number. Despite my willingness to provide the account number, Mr. ******** repeatedly asked for my social security number and then hung up on me when I stated my preference. Knowing how difficult it is to even get through to someone at your firm, this blatant disregard for my time and attempt to resolve matters is incredibly frustrating and reinforces my ongoing difficulties in achieving any satisfactory outcome with Glasser and Glasser.

      Awful place with questionable ethics and shady business practices. I owed them one payment 10/23- I missed it, was my mistake! Today 4/5/2024 they garnished MY WHOLE CHECK- $1200 more than my balance with no communication or warning. Theybsaidnqe spoke in February of 2023- 14 months ago!Over 2 hours on the phone with multiple transfers to different unhelpful people. Glasser and Glasser are the worst of the worst

      I have been actively attempting to contact Glasser & Glasser since May 31st, 2018 in order to resolve a debt. Despite my numerous attempts through their website, I have not received a single response from them. Out of all of my efforts, I was only able to speak with someone from their firm once, and that too was through a phone call. I have still never been able to speak with the person representing the debtor. This lack of direct communication has severely hindered my ability to address and resolve the debt, resulting in an unjust accrual of interest. The financial impact has been so severe that I have been forced to take drastic measures to stay afloat. Specifically, I have had to borrow from my 401k, which is something I was trying to avoid through communication. It is frustrating and disheartening that Glasser & Glasser has not provided me with adequate opportunities for meaningful dialogue nor even acknowledged my attempts. The accrued interest on the debt could have been avoided if they had responded to my inquiries and allowed for a resolution. Their unresponsiveness has not only caused financial hardship but has also pressured me to tap into retirement savings, jeopardizing my future financial stability. Managing my finances in today's inflated economy has been made increasingly untenable due to Glasser & Glasser's lack of communication and unfair practices.

      Glasser and Glasser is a law firm and has a collection department as well as other departments. I have always had a nice encounter with the people who work there.

      The firm is located in downtown Norfolk. Wheelchair accessible and was easy for me to get to the second floor to make my payment.
