      Totally unimpressed. I saw a NP and he came in and went out so fast I had no chance to even ask a question about anything. He said it looked like psoriasis on the top of my feet. and told me about some creme I could use over-the-counter. I tried it and the problem got even worse than before (the only thing it did was relieve the itch I had). This was in 11/21. I just went to another dermatologist and she gave me some prescription ointment and I have only been using it a couple days and it is already clearing up. She answered all my questions and did not rush me like he did. He acted like I was taking up his time. Well, he sure did bill me **** for nothing in my opinion. I don't mind paying if its worth it, but this totally was not. Another thing, they evidently have no idea how to bill insurance. My bill is still not paid and with the insurance I have I should not have a balance. I have called about his to no avail. and I am NOT GOING TO PAY THE BILL. Total idiots.
