Professional, skillful and excellent customer relations are all instilled in the employees of ***. The services I received from the Installation Team (David, Rey ****, Jorge ****, Anival); the Masonry crew (Josh and his crew); and the Project Manager, Greg *******, were all exceptional and detailed. All were very knowledgeable in their area of responsibility. Thanks to all *** employees who were involved with taking care of my foundation issues.

Tyler is an exemplary representative of AMC911. He was prompt, knowledgeable, energetic and concerned about every aspect of my home’s needed repairs. AMC 911 (Atlas Master Co.) was our choice for foundation repair to our lakeside home in Chesapeake. We had three bids, but Dan ****** (Sr. Pr. Mgr.) listened and advised us strategically so well. They were not the low bid, nor the high, but the best specific solution to the issue. They handled all the city permits and sent out an experienced crew to resolve our problem within about ten days. Led by veteran Jonathan, the team of Joshua, Miguel, Jessie and Renaldo were hardworking group. We initially selected AMC 911 because their local company grew out of bricklaying and masonry work, but their foundation expertise is also proven. We can't say enough good things about the professionalism surrounding everything they did for us. All the communication was excellent, we're pleased with their work from start to finish, and confident of their warranty. Thanks again, Dan, really a win-win here! 5 starsMark came out to do an inspection and a FREE ESTIMATE (the cheapest I found was ****** just to look at the problem)!!! He wasn't just knowledgeable, and informative, but he had a quality that put my wife and I at ease about a huge repair on a home we had bought a bit over a year ago. Imagine spending a massive amount on a home and then finding that the left side of it is sinking from poor support; leaving cracks in the ceiling and walls.
Mark got it! ****** gave a quote that was far less than what we had expected and every timeline benchmark was hit on time. Again, the pricing was more than fair, the service was timely and professional, and the follow-up service was even better.

5 starsMiguel relocated my crawl space access, cut the brick and block, supported the new opening, and installed a new door with frame. Afterwards he cleanup the area like it never happened! 4 starsWe were very impressed by the exceptional professionalism, performance, and courtesy of the AMC911 foundation and crawlspace site team for a large and complicated project at our home. Jonathan, Jesse, and the rest of the team were fantastic with their attention to detail and thoroughness in their work, as well as their attentiveness to our concerns. Cracks began appearing in the interior of my home. The floor was uneven in several areas. I contacted AMC911. The representative *** did a thorough inspection and gave me an assessment as what was happening in the crawl space. The main beam and several joists were sagging, and additional support was needed for extra weight in one section of the house. I was given multiple options to consider with specific written information and detailed drawings and pictures for each one. I could do any or all of them. ***** expertise was helpful in deciding which to do. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was evident that the top priority of this local, family owned business is customer service and satisfaction. *** kept in touch throughout the process to ask if we had questions or concerns. It's often difficult to find a company based on honesty and integrity. AMC911 provides high quality work at reasonable rates. 5 starsWe had a corner of our house sinking and AMC came in and fixed it. Their crew was dependable, courteous and completed the work on time and on budget. Along with installing 13 pillars to stablized the home foundation, they encapsulated the crawlspace for moisture and mildew.
