- Additional Info:Mega Logistics Express as doing business as Eclipse Logistics Express was first brought to the attention of the Better Business Bureau on September 18, 2019. During a Better Business Bureau investigation, it was discovered through information from the Norfolk Commissioner of Revenue’s office that the business does not have an active 2023 business license and they have been marked as inactive with the Virginia State Corporation Commission. An Internet search of the company, principal, and address revealed no adverse information on the company nor principal. The company has had two (2) reports posted to the BBB’s ScamTracker page: https://www.bbb.org/scamtracker/us.
Upon investigation of the company’s website, it was revealed that the website is no longer active. However, information found during the Internet investigation revealed that the company was listed as being a freight forwarding company as well as a pet transportation company with no complete contact address listed.
On March 13, 2023 the company was sent an investigation letter requesting basic and additional information about the company’s nature of business along with the following requested information regarding copies of their licensure, disclosures, cancellation and/or agreements provided to consumer’s to transport pets.
As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not responded to the investigation letter sent by BBB nor has the email bounced back as undeliverable.
