    Hired JM Brown Maintenance to clean the ** unit so the warranty company could do the repairs. He sent me a text message with the details of work that was done, so I paid him. Now the home warranty wants an official invoice and he refuses to respond to my texts or phone calls regarding an official invoice.

    **** Brown Maintenance LLC came out to my house in April 2023 to check on my Ac unit as the unit kept tripping every time we turned it on. Well this ******************* Brown told me my unit was tampered with, WELL IT WAS NOT!! I am appalled someone would tell me this when I know for fact we DO NOT touch the unit. Due to this man saying this I can not get this unit fixed by my home warranty company and now I need to come up with money somehow to get the ** fixed.. I had another company come out and give me a second opinion on my unit and he stated out unit WAS NOT TAMPERED WITH! For someone to say my unit was tampered with when it was not is wrong and I am frustrated with this whole situation. I have requested pictures of this tampering A FEW TIMES and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM!!! This guy is wrong for saying my unit was tampered with and thanks to him now my unit won't be replaced, this needs to be fixed so my unit does get replaced!!!!
