      Lousy, tough overpriced meat. I bought a large order of steak from this company. It looked to me like they took cheap sirloin meat and shaped it to look like ribeye and filet cuts. All the meat was tough, hard to chew, and not tasty at all. Very poor quality.

      Horrible absolutely horrible. Worst decision ever. I purchased filets, salmon, chicken and shrimp. The filet was tough as shoe leather and flavorless. The salmon was ***** and disgusting. The chicken breast had a weird texture. Just awful. When I contacted the salesperson who sold me the stuff he acted surprised and said he had to speak to someone else and would call me back. Needless to say I have never received a return call. Im out $250.00 and the food is terrible. Would not recommend buying this stuff. Zero customer service.

      Was definitely ripped off by this company. I bought the seafood package ($451) from a representative that showed up in my driveway and got a box of pork for free. After visiting the website, I realized I could have paid full price for both and still spent less than I did to the representative. Also, as I said, the price on their little package list I was shown was $451, but my receipt showed I was charged $469. In addition to these complaints, I did not receive the ahi tuna listed on the package list, I instead received cod. Everything I have tried has been subpar (salmon was very mushy, pork very tough). I have contacted the company via their website with no response. I absolutely regret doing business with this company and would encourage others to heed this warning.

      Got me too! Over priced and most inedible. Filet mignon was just gristle. Threw most of it away!

      I bought two boxes of the beef for several hundred dollars at a roadside truck sale and didn't have time to do my research. Shame on me for trusting. First day we tried two of the best cuts, the filet mignon. Pan fried them in butter like I have done a thousand times before on steaks. These were so tough you couldn't even chew them. Next day I tried sous vide method. Cooked to a perfect 130 degrees. Nice warm red center. Cut into it and the results were the same. Too tough to chew. Maybe the other cuts will be better, but I doubt it. I filed with credit card company to hopefully stop payment. They can stop by and pick this c*** up.

      I purchased over $500 worth of meat from this company what a waste we only 2 steaks in 1 piece of chicken, it was horrible! my dog wouldnt even eat the shit!I want my money back I purchased this in May only two months ago and everything taste rancid,Ill wait for a reply but I will be contacting my Credit card company to get my money back this is ******** these people should not be allowed to do this. they could be poisoning us !!

      I am a grass cutter and steak and seafood direct was setting up a couple tables at Advanced Auto in Imperial **. Me and my friend had walked over just to ask if it was hot or cold stuff they sold because it was about lunch time for us and ********** gets old lol. As soon as we approached him he said we aren't open. Well we knew that he hadn't even had anything out yet. And we asked what do you guys sell he said I'll go over that when I'm done with a very rude tone. Remind you he never looked at us he had his back turned the entire time. So 2 good customers this business could've had are now gone over a rude employee. All we wanted to know if it was hot food or non cooked. That was it. If your going to have people setting stands up how about picking employees that actually know how to interact with people.

      I had bought the meat package. Really overpriced, but thought, I will try it. You can go to the butcher and pay less for the package of meat . Cooked the filet. Sooo tough and full of gristle. I marinated the second time and grilled. Still tough and tasteless. Then tried the T-bone. Only get two, one is large ,the other small, cut very thin. No taste to these either. Sorry that I purchased them. Don't know what to do with the rest of the meat, as we will not eat them. I don't even have a dog that i could give them to. Be very aware of this company. Where I live, they were working out of the parking lot of an auto shop. Guess that should have warned me.

      Purchased today 04/22/22walked up to the table and the guy was trying to sell me bundles. And showed me some t bones, fillet mignon, ribeyes, and burger patties. I denied the offers and stated I came to get the 20 bibeye deal for $**. He then, got an attitude and said ok and asked for my card. I paid him and he threw this little box on the table and stared at me. I opened it and seen the straks less than 1/4" thick and no bugger than my fist. I asked, what is this? He laughed and said those are your steaks. I was under the assumption that the ribeye steaks he was showing me were the steaks I would receive. Especially with the advertisement online and at the truck. Feel like I got ripped off and it was false advertisement. It didn't help that the guy was laughing at me knowing that I was getting ripped off. First time I've bought at this company and it wasn't a pleasant one. Is there anyway I can return these steaks or make a report? Package is sealed and stinks of rotten meat
