    This business has harassed me for multiple months now trying to buy my house. I have said no numerous of times and have hit unsubscribe on their constant text messages multiple times. They will not take no for an answer and will not leave me alone. I see other reviews on ****** share the same experience as me. Something needs to be done or known so they will stop harassing people on their personal phones.

    We appreciate the feedback. This is the first time anyone has mentioned that we continued to reach out after multiple attempts of asking to be removed from our list. Due to a system glitch, the customer's information was not flagged properly, and as a result, they were contacted multiple times. SMS is a channel that Flow Property Group. LLC is no longer using. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and have implemented measures to ensure this will never happen again. We always strive to improve our customer experience and we appreciate the feedback to help us get better. Thank you.

    Yesterday I received a post card from Flow Property Group that offered to buy my house from me for cash. My property is not for sale . This is fraudulent. BBB has the same complaint in 2021 . That property is a private property. Did you go on my property without my permission? I am listed on the deed of my home . I do not know how Flow Property Group got my name and address, but it is morally wrong and an invasion of my privacy for the Flow Property Group try to get me to sell my home behind my back. Also BBB has a record of the same thing happening to homeowners during the pandemic 2021. Do not come back on my property,their will be consequences to your actions.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our outreach has caused. We did send a piece of mail that was only for informational purposes. No other inquiry was conducted. We certainly did not visit or inspect the property, as we respect all private property laws. We obtained the property information from public records and sent a postcard to see if the owner may possibly be interested in receiving cash quickly for their property. Trying to sell a property without the explicit consent and signature of the owner is against the law; and as such, we have never and never will conduct such behavior. We honor and respect all laws and property owners. Again, we are sorry for sending a piece of mail and will make sure to remove you from our records effective immediately.

    I have been contacted by phone, mail and email in such an excessive amount (3+ times a day for over 5 years)in reference to selling my home. I am unable to remove myself from their contact list and they will not share how they are getting my information. I am on a no call list and block callers every day. This must stop!

    We are sincerely apologetic for contacting anyone who does not wish to be called. We have updated our records and remedied the issue immediately.

    Our company always goes through the proper compliance procedures of ethical information retrieval and outreach. We always conduct due diligence to ensure no-call lists are removed from our contacts. We are unsure how they came to the conclusion that it has been over 5 years, as this particular service started in 2020. Also, we have reached out to this particular area around ********* only recently.

    There is no excuse for an unhappy customer, but we will do everything we can to ensure this does not happen again. Again, our sincerest apologies for the glitch on our end, and we will strive to ensure our customer outreach is more impeccable. Thank you.
