  On 4/19/21 i signed a contract with Mr. Heald the owner of Bulldog Electric in ******** ** i also gave Mr. Heald $2665.00 up front to start working on the project for a total of $5350.00 to rewire and update electrical in the home which was to begin end of Mary 2021 beginning of June 2021. Mr. Heald took the money and never completed the work and has been avoiding my calls and has been very rude to me and has now since avoided responding to any emails i have sent between December 2021 and January 2022. I have expressed my concern to Mr. Heald about not having power in the home and how i have water that comes into my basement and i needed a time frame when he would be done as i was having to use the neighbors power to pump water from my basement at this time and still do this day Mr. Heald has not responded and refuses to come back and finish any work and has walked away from the job. I want it in writing from Mr. Heald he is done on the job and our contract is voided to due to him taking my money and walking away from the job and being a crappy person overall.

  Greetings.This is a response to a complaint made by ******* ****.While I do everything possible to please my customers, in rare cases a customer makes this very difficult. Mrs. **** knows that all my employees terminated their employment. She also knows that this as well as delays caused by the her and the building official have played a part in work not being fully completed. I explained to her that I am doing the best I can to get a work done with no help. Delays are out of my control. I offered Mrs. **** a full refund of her materials deposit at a significant loss to me. She declined the offer. Since then I have done more work and a full refund at this point is not possible because the amount I have spent in labor and wasted trips to the sites far exceeds the materials deposit amount. Ofcoure I have all records of all of the project costs. It is true that I am now blocking her calls and messages. This is due to previous threats to slander my company’s name. Although I am open to resolving this in a civilized way without threats or further slander, if not possible,  I recommend settling this issue in court and having the results of the case posted here.
