Professional, thorough, detailed explanation of findings a layman could understand. Highly recommend. Bonus: reports are well laid out and easy to filter - a bonus for reports to assist with negotiating or calculating cost of repair.

I chose That Place Home Inspections based on the excellent customer reviews, I was not disappointed at all. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and communication was 5 star. The inspection was thorough and provided great detail, they were both very professional and happy to answer any of my questions. John and Ronda are absolute professionals. I couldn’t have had a better experience utilizing their services for a home inspection. They were prompt, provided excellent communication throughout the process, and responded to any questions quickly and efficiently. I was welcomed to be involved in the entire inspection, and was able to put my eyes on any concerns with the home. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you for answering all my questions during follow up. VERY THOUROW ! I was able to reduce price by $5000.00 and prioritize a list of things I needed to get done. We were in a time-sensitive situation with our mortgage company, and our closing was on the verge of being canceled. We needed a home inspection immediately, but everyone we called was fully booked. That’s when we found That Place Home Inspections, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! John and Rhonda were fantastic—they squeezed us in, conducted a thorough inspection of our future home, and had the report ready that same evening. They took the time to explain any issues they found and offered improvement options. They even walked me through their software and reports, knowing I needed the information right away. By the end, they truly felt like friends. If you want a reliable inspection, do yourself a favor and hire them!That Place Home Inspections, LLC

Simply amazing. They took away a lot of the angst of going through a home inspection for the first time for a couple of first time home owners. Their reports are incredibly detailed and very well organized. Even our realtor commented on how great of a job they do. I would highly recommend to anyone!That Place Home Inspections, LLC
