      Date of Transaction was November 28, 2023. Amount paid was approximately $14,200.00. Acount number: **********. The business committed to provide us with a more efficient means of heating and cooling of our home at a more cost efficient monthly rate by maintaining a consistent temperature that would be comfortable throughout the season. They also promised a $500.00 rebate for signing up for the program. They installed a new air conditioning heat pump heating system. They removed some of the old radiators. At first we thought the work was performed quickly and efficiently. My dispute lies in the fact that within days we realized we were not getting any heat on the lower levels of the home while the upper levels of the home is extremely hot. We feel we should have been advised of this possibility in advance so that if necessary duct work was required or some other means necessary for required airflow throughout the house that could have been performed to alleviate or eliminate this possibility, we could have requested this be done. There is no way to contact the contractors because all phone numbers provided lead only to an answering service with no way of speaking to a real representative. After several messages requesting a return call, no calls have been returned. We contacted Good Leap for their assistance in reaching out to Eco Air and they to were unsuccessful in their attempts to reach anyone at Eco Air.

      You want to work hard for a company that doesnt appreciate you or that finds every reason not to pay you? This is the place. Theres two owners and one truly cares and tries to resolve issues but the other (wife) is deceiving and demeaning. She finds every excuse to take away added benefits and not pay you for your dedication even though she lacks effort in her own business. If you make a mistake plan on having the owners yell and cuss and make you feel as if you are a complete s**** up. They call you at random hours, even off the clock but if you ignore their call then you get passive aggressive text messages. To top it off they hired and stand by a *** offender and he currently is still employed and he is allowed in customers homes without the homeowners knowing what he is capable of. You try to tend to customer complaints but owners refuse to call customers back. One owner (wife) constantly ignores the phones and/or employee complaints. Cant run a business when employees care more about the business than the owners. This is a toxic work environment that is full of verbal abuse on the regular basis and Owners make false promises to pay. Owners change the handbook to best benefit them even if that means taking away promised benefits to their employees. My opinion, thats a lack of morals and appreciation. Work here if you want to witness multiple fights between both owners and over work for mediocre pay.
