    Very unprofessional and difficult to work with business. The office manager never picks up the phone, rarely responds to text messages and never returns voicemails. Today they refused to mow my lawn, even though I've been a customer for a few years, saying something about that last week I said that I didn't need it mowed. So what? The office manager told me when we first started doing business to just notify them when we do or don't need mowing. I gave them at least 3 days notice by voicemail and phone call, so I'm not sure why they're so upset, plus it's really their fault and not mine that my lawn didn't need mowing last week because I asked them to start 3 weeks ago and they didn't want to so I had to hire someone else to tide me over until they were ready to start the season. I guess they don't want to make any money. At least that's what the guy who mowed my lawn the other day said. I don't understand what the big deal is and I've certainly never heard of a business firing a customer. I always pay on time. I mail the check immediately when I get the invoice. What do these people want from me? I just want my lawn mowed.
