      I purchased my car here in August of 2023, and have had an amazing experience working with United Auto Sales. My car still runs perfectly and I have put so many miles on it.

      DO NOT purchase a vehicle at this location only if you want to be lied at. The only reason I trusted to do business with this location was thru a reference but they ended up doing us dirty. I was a first time car buyer I had no clue how to finance a vehicle or how to get a vehicle thru a shop. Every time I asked questions they kept sugar coating and promising me so much just to sell me the car. They took Advantage of my inexperience during the whole process. They told me it was a 0% interest rate. They made me sign the paperwork digitally hiding all the terms and the actual cost of the vehicle.I was sold a vehicle with a negative equity and on top of that they told me it would come with 1 year free warranty. Mind you that is a lie...its included to the cost of the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle within 1 MONTH I had to take it to Chrysler to be told the vehicle needs a NEW ENGINE. The warranty didn't pay for anything of the repairs.... they sold me one of the worst extended warranty. I've paid 9k out of pocket with a 30k loan for a 2008 wrangler. I was without a vehicle for a whole entire year. When I called them to see if there's anything they can do and how frustrated I was with the whole situation. They didn't care at all they just told me it was my problem to deal with and I was a liar for calling them out of their acts. Now I've learned the process for buying a vehicle and learn how transparency is number 1 with customers in dealership to grow. Thanks to that, I now realize the type of people I was dealing with. Will never do business with this company and will not recommend anyone coming here unless you want to be SCAMMED.
