OpenSky was paid in full moths ago by myself on an account that had been closed for over 2 years. They are reporting my information wrong ever month even though I have contacted them multiple times in regards to the FACR laws but to no avail. I paid the account to $0 on a closed account and now they are reporting a revolving/ open /unpaid account. The are killing my Credit score every month and will not report the accurate information that has been provided to them to the credit bureaus. I have filed multiple disputes through the bureaus as well but they won't correct the inaccuracies.

Going through my credit reports, after finding a false account and erroneous information, I located this trade line well. And am demanding it be removed from all 3 credit bureaus on my credit reports immediately and permanently. As I do not own, nor do I owe this company any money. They are inhibiting my financial future by having this fake trade line associated to my credit and it needs to be handled. My attorney has already advised me to make a formal complaint on an open forum to give this company a chance to rectify this situation, but if not, litigation will be filed and a lawsuit will be bought against them.

Subject: Delayed Refund of Secured Deposit by Open Sky CC Description of the Problem:I contacted Open Sky CC on April 19th, 2023, to close my secured credit card account with a zero balance. They assured me a $200.00 deposit refund would be sent via mail. However, the check was returned on May 22nd due to an incorrect address. Despite verifying my address multiple times, Open Sky CC issued another check on May 24th, which they claimed got lost in the mail. After numerous calls and delays, they now state I will receive the third check refund in mid-July. I seek assistance in obtaining a prompt resolution from Open Sky CC.

I applied for an open sky card in which you add money to be used. There website states to enter any amount $25 or up. I entered only $60.00 to be uploaded. When the transaction was finalized they took $700. 00 from my account without my authorization. They told me that was the amount I entered which I am certain I did not. There websites is scamming people out of there initial deposits. I want a full refund of my money taken. Open sky needs to take accountability.
