      The luxury living they sell is non-existent. Dont let the pretty photos fool you. After moving into this dumpster fire, the novelty wears off quick. Its the same regurgitated spiel. The 24 hr amenities (amenities are constantly closed down), were getting quotes on the security cameras, quotes for landscaping. Its horse$h!t. Nothing ever changes. We have ZERO *************** of the cameras have ever worked on the buildings. Vandalism/vehicles broken into/clubhouse vandalized/gym/the pool/drugs/smokers. Stolen packages at Package concierge (completely exposed to the public btw), huge groups of people at the pool at all hours partying & trashing the place. NO security guard or Mgmt around. Rules are useless. How can rules be enforced without working cameras or real security? Resident parking is a major problem. There are signs posted on the entry gates RESIDENT PARKING ONLY. ALL OTHERS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE. Yet, the majority of parking spaces are taken up by visitors. They have never towed an unregistered vehicle. Pool at ungodly temps. They had to do an ACID WASH last year. Routine maintenance they said. Health **** has been called multiple times. Police always here. Fights, loud music, broken bottles of Titos Vodka. Drugs. Im going into my 3rd year @ a staggering $3,400 a month. To pay so much $$$ & have to live like this should be criminal. THEY DONT CARE. We live in a sardine can full of the most disgusting, vile ppl. Mgmt. should vet people better. There are lovely people living here of course but stay home & avoid the cesspool. It amazes me how grown adults can live like this. Why move here just to turn our community into a trash-heap? The 5-star reviews are FAKE. Notice a single persons name is always mentioned? How repetitive they are? Theres a pattern there anyone with half a braincell can see. A scam to keep the overall rating of this place high enough to lure more unsuspecting victims. If you value your peace, your safety, RUN.

      SCAMMERS of the worst kind. You WILL lose $175 without any final response to your inquiry. I finally figured out what these ppl do: They will not update their website abt unit availability, they will cash the $175 to NOT run your credit, do nothing other than barely check yr submission & never get back. After i applied for another apt complex at 8pm, 30min later I received notifications from all 3 *********************** that someone checked my credit profile (the new complex does all this automatically & sends you a Resident Verify report that is very helpful). I never got ANY notifications now 6 days after i sent my application to *********. If you're a successful biz owner (20 years here) paying taxes with exemplary cr score, blank criminal record, impeccable rent history & a RV score of 89/100, you'll be accused of making too much money & of "trafficking drugs". If so, why ask for people's social security nbr & supposedly check their criminal record? Why ask for 3 month bank statements? ****, a master liar, promised me twice to get back to me about my application "after lunch" & then "right after calling corporate" that day, but she went home without getting back. She's handling it, not Corporate, and isn't even trained/educated to understand what a 1040, SCHEDULE C, DBA or SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP are, and "can't find on the tax returns what specialty I'm in"...even though it's right there on the 1st page. They WON'T pay money to look up yr credit & rely solely on the docs you submit so they can put the money in their pocket. I am guessing **** is the scammer ***************** is non existent. Basically they accuse you of having money to pay yr rent. What does that tell you? That it is not true that units are available. With all due respect, you don't get to accuse someone of trafficking because YOU fail to understand how ******************** work & want to steal their money. I've never felt insulted like this & I will demand a full refund of my $175.

      Living at Colonial apartments feels like living in a h*** hole, they do zero maintenance work, pest control is non-existent, personnel that makes up management lack the necessary credentials to manage this size complex, the management that does exist lack basic commonsense to brainstorm simple issues that doesnt require the brain cells of an ********* Their priority at Colonial Apartments is to collect monthly rent on time but ignore tenants complaints with respect to maintenance issues. No wonder management is changed every couple months.

We have been in constant communication with ****************** by phone, via email and in person to address the maintenance concerns brought to our attention and have addressed them as quickly and efficiently as possible.       I was a leasing agent at Brandywine/Hunters Ridge. Theres literally so much that I could say, but what I will say is that the property manager has an intense manipulative way of keeping the leasing staff in a state of Fear of Retaliation, so much so everyone walks on eggshells about the smallest errors, leasing agents and Maintenance are excluded from Covid-19 Exposure announcements, and the work is inefficiently done since the property manager is adamant on being the ***** Badass, vs ***** an efficient property manager. Im not sure if shes even cares about how it damages the whole flow that essentially spills over to the experience our prospects and residents have. Often we are running around like chickens with our heads cut off. I went from being super excited about the opportunity of working with GSC, despite how demanding that property is, to being in complete agony as I began to discover the truth. I broke down crying in the office *************** All I ever asked for was Feedback and Leadership not gossip stories that make it even More Agonizing. Because, I never cared for the gossip, or the personal stories. I did not ask to be her friend, it was more like a one sided friendship, not a work relationship. Not to mention the lack of appreciation and basic respect. Again, theres so much more I could say. But lets keep it there, and just pray for my peers who still remain and the residents affected . *************

      This place doesnt even deserve one star! Upon moving into the complex in October/2021 I have experienced multiple issues stemming from maintenance, roaches, poor customer service and a lack of professionalism from management. They are rude, unknowledgeable, and when these concerns are brought to management attention they lack empathy and do not take any responsibility. They have had car break-ins in the complex and even if you have someone stay the night their car is towed and the complex simply blames you. Dont be fooled by the cheap rent this is the worst complex and community I have ever lived in.

      I am currently a ** resident in one of their communities in SWFL. Since moving into this apartment I have had nothing but problems.Problems including -floors so dirty my baby can't play on them -bugs throughout the home going untreated since janaurary of this year causing an infestation within the home and my property -discriminating management. No wonder GSC was blocked from HUD in the early *****s for their discriminatory work. Living here has been a nightmare and even though I have tried to work with corporate about these long outstanding issues nothing is resolved; no follow up ever happens and no one cares to do their job right around here. I have never seen a more unprofessional staff of people.Oh and they scam people when you move into the apartment. The will charge you a small deposit but when you renew your lease they increase the deposit on your lease. I have caught them doing this and even reported it. They have wrongfully charged me late fees when they knew the rent was coming via an Assitance program. They have allowed me and my children to live with brown recluses and bug infestations in our fridge freezer couch and dresser now. I am so regretful I ever moved here and the management is a total nightmare they can't even send out an email with out errors in it like putting the wrong number for the office. total joke.
