    I took this vehicle to the station in the .middle of July for oil change and transmission filter change. 2009 Buick Lucerne. What happened was they jacked the car up before removing the battery and disassembling the power and that type of vehicle if you do that it was bust the air shocks. When I went to get the vehicle I noticed it change so I mentioned it to them that then I recognize that the shots was blown. I asked him to repair the job and pay them for the job that they were supposed to do instead they got arrogant fussed at me didn't want to do the job and I had to take it to another shop where I paid $560 to replace the shocks on top of paying them $230 for what they did. Asking for a full refund for the $230 and the 560 because I was without transportation had to pay people to take me back and forth to the doctor because I only get money once a month and I had to wait until them August 3rd they get the money and the majority of my check went to replacing the air shocks so I can have transportation. I shouldn't have not had to encounter this because of their license the car repairman they would have known they had the **** they could not **** that car without doing the procedures of disassembling the power and removing the battery. I had to call repair at car Care Auto center located **** b ******************* in ******** ******** ***** also I failed to mention that I sent my friend ************************* to do this for me because sometime I'm unable to go out and take care of my own business thank you
