    Coach Bae/Resume Bae/*********************** has a job placement program that is supposed to provide the following services: -Wealth University's & Coach Bae's Step-By-Step Videos.-1on1 Onboarding Resume Creation along with weekly Group calls and messages to assist regarding LinkedIn Optimization, Interview Preparation, and any other Process support needed.-Daily applications (***** per day depending on New open Positions) Sent out on you behalf.-Wealth University Student GroupChat/Community.-Guaranteed Help Until Hired (Our Team will continue to assist and send out applications for you!)-Affiliate Payout Structure.-One Year of Access to ********* on Skool & 365 Days of Eligibility for Application Send Outs from contract Start Date.When using the services, I received a resume full of typos, she did not provide the interview questions as promised, in addition to that..despite my giving her the exact job titles and roles to target for the applications that were to be sent out she applied to over 20 roles that were not in my skillset. I asked for a partial refund and she first said that she couldn't provide it, then stated that she would send $200 and she did not. I reached out again and she has since ignored me.

    She has multiple websites and names for the company "Coach Bae University LLC" and "Resume Bae". I don't have a full address for the business, but on the LinkedIn page it is simply listed as being in ********, ***

    The response from the business is that there is no refund policy in the contract. That is no resolution as I have NOT received the services listed in the contract and therefore am entitled to a refund.

    Dear BBB,
    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to address them promptly and fairly.
    In response to the complaint regarding a refund request, we would like to clarify that the terms of our agreement with the customer, as outlined in the signed contract, explicitly state that no refunds are offered. This policy was clearly communicated to the customer prior to their acceptance of our services. The contract, which was signed on May 2, 2024, includes a clause that states:
    "No Refunds are offered for our Help and Based on our services you agree to pay a total of $1497 USD in lump sum or multiple Installments to Coach Bae University LLC via AfterPay or our requested method of payment."
    This clause is part of our standard contract, which the customer agreed to upon joining our program. The no-refund policy is necessary due to the nature of the services we provide, which involve considerable time, effort, and resources dedicated to each client.
    We value our customers and are committed to delivering the highest level of service. We have continued to provide the contracted services to the customer in accordance with the agreement and will be happy to address any further concerns they may have directly.

    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    On May 2, 2024 , I engaged the services of Coach Bae/***********************  for career services.  The terms of the contract, including a "no refund" clause, were understood and accepted at the time of signing. However, the service provided fell significantly below the standard that was promised and expected. The issues I encountered included:

    - no access to educational materials/portal

    - a resume filled with typos that was provided and sent to companies on my behalf

    - significantly misaligned job applications sent on my behalf by the business


    These deficiencies have caused considerable inconvenience and dissatisfaction on my part, and in fact have significantly impacted my career growth.

    I would like to bring attention that, during the course of our interactions, ***** did, in fact, acknowledge the issues with their service and offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. This offer was subsequently retracted without explanation. While I initially considered this offer as a fair compromise, the retraction of the offer, coupled with the continued lack of resolution, has left me with no choice but to seek further action.

    While I acknowledge the presence of a "no refund" clause in the contract, I believe it is important to note that such a clause does not absolve Coach Bae/***** of their obligation to provide the services as advertised and agreed upon. A "no refund" policy cannot be used to justify substandard service or failure to deliver on contractual promises.

    Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund is justified. However, I remain open to discussing an amicable resolution. My primary goal is to resolve this matter in a fair and equitable manner.
