    Solodar placed three liens on my property for medical bills from ***************. The bills were paid off. Solodar reported they sent 3 lien release notices to Henrico County but Henrico County reported that they only received 2 lien notices. I reported it to Solodar by speaking to the office clerk. She told me that she could not send another lien release over to Henrico. She told me that my request was holding her up because she has other work to do. This lien on my property is causing me to lose out on a good loan offer which I am about to lose if my title is not cleared.

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a debt listed under my name, which falsely indicates that I lived at Tangle Wood Apartments. I want to clarify that I have never resided at this location. Furthermore, I have taken necessary actions, such as filing an identity theft report in 2015 and reporting the incident to TransUnion at that time.Allow me to provide some context regarding my circumstances during the mentioned period. In 2015, I was undergoing a challenging phase as I was being discharged from the army and faced homelessness. During this tumultuous time, I dedicated myself to attending school, which negated any need for an apartment or housing arrangements. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2021, I had no association or business with the organization in question.I hereby request the immediate removal of this erroneous debt entry from the Virginia court base. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to pursue legal action to rectify the situation. My utmost desire is for this discrepancy to be resolved amicably and promptly, thereby alleviating any further inconvenience.I assert that there is no valid debt with your organization under my name. As such, I sincerely urge you to take appropriate steps to remove this incorrect entry from your records without delay.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter promptly. I anticipate a favorable resolution and the removal of this unjustified debt.
