    This management company is the WORSE of them all in RVA! Currently living at ********************** downtown and it is the worse. The building has a major ***** and mouse problem, ceiling leaks every time it rains, the doors are broken meaning anyone can come in at anytime, homeless people sleep in the hallways at night and people are always soliciting in and around the building.I feel very unsafe living here.Every since I gave them notice about not renewing my lease, the management has been treating me very poorly. I wish I could afford a lawyer but unfortunately I have to just wait until my lease ends to move.

    Terrible business. Very much feel like they are criminals and should be taken to court. Wish I could speak to the owner directly because someone should be held accountable for their lies and health code violations.
