      Good Afternoon, On March 2 i picked up my items from Puritan Cleaners with a total of $84.07. At the time i was about to put my items in use i notice that 3 tshirts i sent to puritan cleaner was stretch around the collar due to the type of racks that were used. I reached out to customer service via email and have not received a response in regards on March 7. I spoke to a representative at the location and advise me to bring the items back up there because it can be fix. On March 10 i took the items back up there. On March 11 i called the location and now they are advising me that it will take days for my items to return to me because it has to be looked at by multiple people which contradict what was told to me. It really bothers me that this business is not appreciating the hard work money i put in to purchase my items

      Puritan Cleaners - ********* Avenue, RIC. My husband and I dropped off 4 items of high end clothing that I wear to give presentations on a Saturday in *********** gentleman looked up my husbands account but provided no receipt, I did ask for one. I went to pick up my clothes and they had nothing in the computer. No record of my clothes. Two ladies looked for the clothes, took details and promised to call me. Nothing. I go back in after a week and the manager was there. She had no knowledge of my lost suits and no notes were made. She said she would follow up with her staff and call me before Wednesday. It is Wednesday, so I go in and the gentleman who originally took my suits was in. He looked for notes on our account and nothing! I asked for the managers email address and amazingly they didnt have a way to email her and she leaves every day at 2pm. So again I wait on terrible customer service. They say what you want to hear to your face but have zero care as they have no follow up. It has been a month.
