I have a charge of $89.00 on my account from this company. I do not now, nor have I ever authorized any payments or joined any subscription/membership. I have not even been able to find out what the payment is even for. Upon further investigation, I also saw that a payment.for $53.40 was drafted from my account on 10/20/22. Had I noticed this at the time, I would have disputed that charge then. I have looked into this company and I do not use nor am I familiar with the services. I do not ever subscribe to services that renew automatically and with an entire different price without prior knowledge and authorization.I want a full refund and ask that any and all of my personal information this company may possess the is related to me, be deleted.Customer Answer

Good evening **** -
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving.
*********************** purchased a subscription from one of the sites we own, RedState, on October 20, 2022. She used a discount for 50% off which was a promotion we were running at the time (see screenshot of receipt she received that clearly lays out the transaction she had just authorized on her PayPal, and the renewal to come one year later).
The subscription then auto-renewed this year. We received the PayPal dispute, and tried to reach out multiple times to explain the charge and assist however the customer desired. With no reply from them.
The customer is more than welcome to reply to any of the emails we sent them, or send us a new email directly to me, or to our customer support line at *****************************

Salem Web Network has made an unauthorized charge to my credit card. Until now, I had never even HEARD of Salem Web Network, much less authorized any charge. This is clearly fraud.Customer Answer

This business has refunded my money, which I greatly appreciate. However, my they should never have billed my credit card, as I never signed up for any automatic renewals of the ONE YEAR subscription I had purchased. Also, they should NEVER had just billed me without notifying me that my one year subscription could be renewed AND the cost of that renewal.Initial Complaint

On 4/12/2023 oneplace.com charged a $49.99 subscription fee that was not authorized by me. I have made multiple attempts by email and phone to resolve to no avail. When Oneplace.com is called *************), the call is put on hold, and a message comes on eventually says "we cannot take your call, please leave a message". Calling Salem web network *************), also goes to voice mail - asking to leave a message. In each case I have left detailed messages asking for resolution. So basically this company has no live customer support, or has no desire in refunding money that was fraudulently taken. I have since suspended the credit card to defend against any further charges. It is my hope that this company that represents Christian *********based businesses can and should resolve.Business Response

Dear ***/Ma'am:: I went to the website of ChristianJobs.com which is a subsidiary of Salem Web Network. The site said $199.00 to list my job on their website. Then when I got to the second page the price went up $100.00 to $299.00. Also a window offered me $30.00 off if I divulged my email address. I didn't get $30.00 off. Please refund me $130.00..Thank you for your services. -*******Business Response

I subscribed to Crosswalk a year ago. Since that time I have been unable to access the information as the website does not allow it. I also tried to cancel my subscription but the website wouldn't let me do that either.. I decided to eat the charge and chalk it up to a bad decision to subscribe to a fraudulent company. On November 14, 2022 my subscription was automatically renewed and my credit card charged $49.99. This charge is fraudulent. I would never have signed up for an automatic renewal on a new service. I have called the phone number listed with the charge and it won't go through. My credit card company is going to dispute the charge. I also mailed a letter to Crosswalk today asking to refund this year's charge and cancel my subscription.Business Response
