    Prices are great which gives an extra star, however, customer service doesn't exist. So our school bookkeeper mistakenly emailed them our purchase order over a month ago. I emailed their sales team as well with follow-*** to which there was also no response. There is no phone number for the company. Those listed on BBB and their website are disconnected. I even called another business in their building in Va to try and get their number to no avail. Finally, I figured out that they require you to fill out purchase orders as an online order and there is a button on the payment selection page to submit the order. I'm not mad at the process but the LEAST they could have done was respond to an email kindly asking us to use their correct ordering process instead of ghosting us. ***********************

    Pictures on their website leading you to believe this is an actual music store. I fell for it and received some used second-hand merchandise. They refused to stand by the product they sold, or their stated "policies". They have no customer service, not even a phone number. Stay clear, and do your shopping locally!!
