    BBB unable to locate business
    I contacted Jeremiah Entertainment back in September 2022 to host a birthday party for my son. I paid a $175 deposit on 9/16/2022. The party should have been 10/01/2022. There was a storm and I was informed that the party would have to be cancelled and I had a year to reschedule. I rescheduled for October 1st of 2023 to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. On Sept 29th I received a notice that a tree fell on the property and the party would have to be cancelled. I asked if my deposit could be refunded since both cancellations were of no fault of mine. I was informed on that same day that the money would be refunded. I have since received a refund and I have not heard from the company since Sept 30th.
