    I purchased a container of Duke&#**;s Mayonnaise and it had liquid running all through it. I spoke to customer service who stated they would send me a coupon but I have not received it.

    I ordered an 8 count Mini Jar Sampler Pack 1 from Sauer's on Friday, December 15th at 5:31 pm. I received a confirmation with a link to view my order. The top of this link has a note which states "Orders received by 1pm are shipped same-day. All orders are final; please double-check your order details before submitting." In my case this would mean that the order would ship on Monday, December 18. This confirmation also has a link to track the order on Shop.com which shows the order in process. I checked the order several times before contacting them on December 20. They list no phone number so I had an online chat with someone named ***** who informed me that my order did not exist. She indicated that she would escalate the issue. Not satisfied, I sent a message through their online contact form expressing my disappointment as this was a gift that should have been received in time for the holiday. The response was "Thank you for reaching out to us and Im so sorry for the confusion here. We had a technical error on our end with our website that unfortunately affected your order and a few other orders. Weve gotten it sorted out now and will be getting that sent out to you ASAP. I will follow up with you and will send you the tracking number just as soon as I have it from our team at the warehouse. Sincere apologies again, and we will get your order to you as soon as we possibly can!" I replied and told her that none of what she said had anything to do with me and that they owed it to me to make good on their end of the transaction. That was two days ago and the order still has not shipped. I have made alternate arrangements for the item at this time. The note on their order confirmation states that all sales are final but there has to be some sort of associated responsibility on their end. Since the have failed to live up to their part of the transaction, I would like a full refund at this time.

    I am writing to inform you that I was notified via email at 11:05 pm on Friday, December 22 that the package had been overnighted via **** This meant that the item was received Tuesday, December 26, a day after Christmas. After not hearing back from the company for days, I had already purchased a replacement gift. The issue has been resolved; however, the lack of effort to do so in a timely manner cost me unnecessary time, money and frustration.
