  Once the work was done, the company has not responded to our calls, emails or text. Here are the attempts we made to contact them. We also read similar stories on ****** and ********* March 14 2024 had TriGuard Multi-Layer Insulation installed, treated for mold they said was present in the attic, installed Solar Attic Ventilation, repaired truss, reattached a few baffles. Was told to contact them before March 2025 for free annual inspection to make sure the mold did not return and to make sure the solar ventilation was working. Not sure there was ever mold present, as the wood has brown knots and normal tree ring lines that natural wood has. ****** mentioned they were closed all of December so here is our attempts to contact them, but Did NOT receive any reply from our attempts.1/10/25: 9:10 AM. Called 855 number Voice mail was full.1/10/25: 9:15 AM called ******, Sales **** left voice mail.1/10/25: 11:00 AM called ***** **************** No Answer!1/10/25: 11:05 AM called 855 home office number again, Voice mail still full.1/15/25: 9:10 AM called 855 home office again, voice mail full.1/15/25: 9:12 AM called ******, sales rep. **** message asking for a return call.1/15/25: 9:13 AM called ****** N.A, call hung up.1/21/25: 1:35 pm. Made calls, Same as above Sent email request for inspection 2/7/25: text ****** and ***** to request an annual inspection.Up to date, this company has not honored the annual inspection and does not reply to messages, emails or text.

  Very Expensive; work was not completed properly so they had to return. Was promised a cruise if we had the attic insulation; which turned out to be a lie. Contacted company a half dozen times and was told that info on cruise was forth coming. Work done last Sept and to this date, Feb 2, no info sent and no returns on emails and cannot reach company by phone. Would not recommend this company!

  I attended their presentation thinking it was another solar pressuring scam but was impressed by the information presented by the speaker, I felt no pressure from them to do the free home inspection. I was surprised there was no cost as the guy who came out (****) was very thorough and answered all my questions. They are highly professionals who inspected and had my job done within 5 business days, The installers (******* and *****) worked so well together. They were very cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. They had the job completed and work area efficiently cleaned up in record time!The company emphasized they were a ********************** and that was a big plus for me. I like the fact that they were able to assist me with attaining financial credit assistance for the job, Lastly it was good to know that they return once a year to make sure everything is in order and properly maintained.Thank God for reputable companies like Homesmart who believe in doing quality service and keeping their customers first!

  Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of attending an impressive presentation by ********************* from HomeSmart Technologies at a charming local restaurant. Upon our invitation, ***** conducted a complimentary attic inspection at our ranch-style home the following day, addressing the musty odors we noticed.Motivated by the presentation, we opted for two recommended services to tackle the issue. ********************** and ****** arrived punctually at 9:00 AM on Monday. Tarius efficiently handled the mold with a specialized sprayer, while ***** installed a quiet, smart solar-powered attic fan atop our roof. Both technicians were exceptionally courteous and completed their work swiftly, within 60 to 90 minutes.Were thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by HomeSmart Technologies and are keen to explore more of their offerings as future needs emerge.By the way, we were ecstatic to learn from ***** that we had won the door prizea 5-day Royal Caribbean Cruise!

  ***** and ******* installed our attic ventilation system and multi-layer insulation. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. On the downside, the company rushes you to make a decision that day and came the very next day. I definitely felt pressured and not ready to make a decision. The price goes up considerably if you don't sign that day. They also charge for miscellaneous items that are unnecessary.

  Went to the dinner and the food was exceptional, The speaker was good to explaining everything. Had ****** inspect the house. He is outstanding and explained everything and showed us pictures of what he saw.

  Lead ***** and ******* came out to my house to do an annual inspection found a part of the house that was not done. They were truthful did not have to say anything because they were not the ones to install it.

  We had the insulation, spray and attic fan installed. Your installation team were super friendly and informative. The team of ***** and ****** were super, even with the tight space they had to work with. We received alot of information from ***** and ****** is a terrific worker. The sales approach is a little pressured, but, the installation team made us comfortable.

  We had the solar-powered attic fan, the whole house water filtration and purification system, the tri-layer attic insulation system, and the mold / mildew remediation done today. The installers were exactly on time at 9AM. **** and ****** did a superlative job with each of the installations. They were pleasant and knowledgeable, but more importantly dedicated and hard-working. It was very obvious that each of them was skilled and experienced. They knew exactly how each task should be performed to ensure perfect product performance. **** and ****** get FIVE GOLD STARS !!
