The last time Kevin Moses was here, July 17, 2024 to cut my grass, he shattered my storm door using the weed whacker in my front yard. He told me that day he would get the replacement door from ****** himself, bring to my house, replace the broken storm door, and take the broken one to the dump. I have text messages confirming this. His brother took measurements while here, and Kevin promised to replace it right away.I need to be reimbursed for the shattered storm door, the cost to have ****** install it and haul off the broken door, ASAP!Temps have been in the low 20's and teens this past week, and my heat is going straight outside. This is why I Paused my lawn service, BTW, to wait until he actually replaced the broken storm door. The last time I heard from Kevin was Nov 21, 2024 when he asked me to confirm he still needed to go pick up the storm door. He hasn't responded to me since and has not made any effort to replace the door.I am providing copies of text messages between him and myself regarding him breaking the storm door, and saying he would replace it, then just simply ignoring **** can also provide payment records where I was apparently charged twice for the lawn service. You charged my card $2.75 forbthe first service day, *** $66.77 for service the 2nd time, and Kevin had me send him $100-$120 MORE money when he cut only my front lawn, not the entire property, TWICE!I can provide pictures of the shattered storm door, and an estimate for the replacement door and installation fees.He has NOT replaced the storm door, and I have been more than patient with him. He is now just completely ignoring **** was to be reimbursed the $388.89 for the shattered storm door and the $125 service charge to have it replaced and have the broken door hauled off to the dump.
