  When I first moved in the same day I found bed bugs. I notified ***** and he said I was lying. Then over the course of a year Ive noticed mice. ******* and millipedes in my home. They dont provide screens to allow you to open the windows. My front door had gapping holes at the bottom. My washer and dryer was not properly installed and I was forced to run the plug from the washer over my sink just to wash clothes which is a fire hazard. I have mold growing in my hvac closet and krs is aware and only put plywood over the mold instead of removing and repairing it. My apartment flooded with sewage and they did not send the proper sanitation team to clean it up effectively. I still have sewage under the title floor. There is sewage behind my water heater and mold and they refuse to pull the water heater to clean it out. I have requested multiple times to have my ac ducts cleaned and they will not because mold is being blowing thru the ac from the molding wall in the utility closet. My ac never blows upstairs fully and the air that it does blow stinks of mildew and mold. I have since placed my rent in escrow with the courts. I found Brillo pads in my wall instead of proper mice traps they stuffed Brillo pads in there.

  Living here is honestly a nightmare. Weve had so many issues with our apartment and it only gets remedied if their property is going to get damaged because of it. Weve had to stay with family on 2 separate occasions now because they waited until the last minute to make repairs and it resulted in us not having working plumbing. The towing company they claim to use isnt even in business any more and we havent been given a new number to call or the name of a new company, so random cars are always parked here leaving us to park on the street. There are holes in my floor that have been noted for nearly a year that they refuse to fix.My shower broke because it was installed incorrectly (which maintenance admitted to). I was injured and they had nothing to say about the matter.Today maintenence showed up unannounced to replace a chunk of drywall they cut out months ago and they absolutely trashed the bathroom. Theres drywall dust everywhere and muddy footprints on my floor.When they finally repaired the shower, they damaged the brand new shower head that I had to purchase because the one they provided was disgusting. None of this would be that bad if they didnt advertise their properties as move-in ready, and not fixer uppers (seriously, listen to the recording when you call. Its all lies). When you pay a relatively high rent (that just went up) to live somewhere thats advertised as a move-in ready place, you dont expect it to be an actual tenement building. If you desperately need a place to rent in Richmond, there are some nice bus stops that are better maintained than a KRS property.
