On July 5, 2023 I had an eye exam. The tech or person who actually gave the exam (not the doctor) seemed incompetent. She didnt change the letters she had me repeating so I finally told her Ive just memorized it at this point and its kind of hard to tell her what I can see when shes not changing it, she repeatedly looked at a computer to see what she has to do, didnt change the optics unless I told her unlike others who go back and forth to see which looks better, and she couldnt spell basic medical things nor knew what it was like autism or PTSD and had to ****** how to spell. Shouldnt be giving me an exam alone if you dont know what youre doing and also cant spell anything Ive told you or any medication Ive told you. The second thing is that its August 28th now and since July Ive been unable to get my prescription. The pharmacy needs a prior authorization and Ive communicated this multiple times via phone calls to no avail. Ive been sent to some department which handles the prior authorizations yet my insurance has received nothing. On August 17 a ****** left a voicemail for me to call back, I called within the time frame she was in the office for the day and no answer, left a message and still unable to reach anyone. I absolutely hate this place after my experiences. Ive been completely dismissed and forgotten trying to get my medicated eye drops the tech doing my exam was an idiot. No way do I ever want to use this practice again.
