We are a smaller company that ships a few times a quarter so we book *********** through a 3rd party broker. We have had the pleasure of seeing the Estes crew respond to most of our calls in **********. The drivers are always friendly and prompt and good about calling us to confirm delivery instructions, pick-up times, etc. They handle our goods professionally and have always delivered as planned. Now we request them by name when booking with our broker. We look forward to continuing our shipments with them in the future.Review from Robb D.

Excellent service! I was called and asked if the item was a gift, which it was, and was told there was a driver at the *********, FL depot who was working Christmas Eve day specifically to deliver gifts in time for Christmas. This was a pleasant surprise since it was scheduled to arrive a couple of days after the holiday. An appointment was made and the driver called when he was about 20 minutes away to give me time to come home from our grandson's house about 15 minutes away. The driver was very friendly, professional, and accommodating; I give him 11 stars out of 10.Estes Express Lines Response

The Estes Team went the extra mile for us in scheduling an upcoming delivery complete with driver calling me right before arrival so I could open up our business for a very important, valuable delivery. **************************** get the deliveries inside the building, as my husband just had knee replacement.Estes Express Lines Response
