I bought four sets of pens almost two weeks ago but it hasn’t been shipped, no one is responding to my inquiries, and no one is returning messages. I made this purchase on their website on February 28, 2023. The order number is **** and the amount spent was 47.83.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They said they would refund my entire purchase. They only refunded the purchase but not the shipping.
