              Roanoke Valley Community Credit Union. They have been mishandling my car note fees and payments. They keep putting late fees on my account so I can keep paying them the late fees and putting life insurance fees that I did not want them to receive. I just won't this nonsense to stop. I have to talk to everyone at the bank and they keep on doing this to me. And they do not care what they are doing to me and my well-being. I want to bring to your attention that Roanoke Valley Community Credit Union has been mishandling my car loan fees and payments. They keep adding late fees to my account, which forces me to keep paying them the late fees they accrue. I have spoken to several people at the bank about this issue, but the problem persists. It seems like they do not care about the impact this is having on me and my well-being. I want this unfair treatment to stop. I just need some peace from this and they are stressing me out not doing anything about this. I have my paperwork. And gladly to show you at your office. Yours truly Thanks.

              Applied for a vehicle loan and were approved. we were purchasing a used vehicle that had a lean at another bank. the vehicle has been purchased and is currently sitting now 34 days in because we are waiting for a title from the credit union so we can go to the DMV and register the vehicle. How long can it possibly take for them to pay another bank and get it? We have called the bank numerous times for updates and they have no idea. The lady I spoke with today said she does not even know how that works? She transferred me to Katie *. The load person and as always it went straight to voicemail. We are beyond frustrated and the lack of care and especially not being able to talk to someone and get the help is unacceptable.
