We met at the ******** ****** Home & Garden Show Spring 2024 and they took our info. Later, arranged a time to come out and look at our bathroom remodel and provided a price and information. Answered our questions. We signed a contract and were told it could be weeks or months, depending on other work. Our job would be about 5 days. Then, I was called about 2 months later, in April, and went and picked out flooring and the job started sometime after, in the 2nd week of April. The job took about 10 days and various times during the work, I raised concerns. We asked for insulation in the wall, we provided the insulation and it was not done. The concerns I have are: water lines were connected wrong (hot/cold switched), the outside door deadbolt doesn't line up since the lock was removed for painting, constant water leak under the shower door, the shower floor creaks when standing in, the floor pan doesn't drain, the faucet is loose in the shower, the bench seat was not installed and no credit for it, 3 of 4 black screw covers fell off, 2 missing. No direction on the best way to clean shower doors and asked specifically how to clean silicone off the glass doors. we had to move our own frig and stove for the flooring installation and I was told he would give us credit toward the fixtures for the toilet handle and faucet fixture. No credit was given. We have had to work on touch-up painting of the mirror cabinet and sink cabinet and moving a towel rack that was reinstalled incorrectly as well as now having a broken piece of the towel rack. There is also still paint on the floor and the trim was installed incorrectly (the ends are blunt and flat instead of angled). The door strip is already loose less than 4 months from the job being finished. With all this being said, I have called Luke Schindler, goes to voice mail. If I text, he doesn't reply. I have even sent him a letter, voicemails and multiple texts. NOTHING.
