5 starsI wear Foot Levelers all nearly the time. Since using them my foot pain was most of the time. Now it is very rare, like at the end of a very long day standing and walking. I also and a healthcare provider who has used this product in practice for over ten years. Jonathan D had a review and was not happy. Just so you all know the Orthotics are custom made. The digital scanner means the order is started within half an hour of receipt, most of the time. The are created and shipped within about a day. I had the same question. Here is why they look the same. The orthotics are the same left to right in most cases. The idea behind that is to support the foot arches on each side equally when the foot hits the ground. This reduces "functional" leg length imbalance most people have. The pelvic "unleveling" effect is corrected or reduced. The kinetic chain is more efficient, in my opinion. This reduce stress on the feet, knees, hips and spine. I think $400 is priced on the high side. Medical orthotics are around $600 per pair. I have several cases that were much happier with Foot Levelers when compared to the Podiatrist's orthotic.Review fromJonathan D

1 starFoot Levelers I’m not custom orthotics my right foot is flat. My left has a slight arch I go to a chiropractor they have this digital scanning scammer machine I purchased custom orthotics two months ago that were fitted for my foot which took away my hip pain. They’re pushing this digital Foot Levelers orthotics. I got suckered into it and spent $400. What makes me think it’s a scam is both orthotics are the same my left and right orthotic are identical that’s not custom-made, I wore them for two hours and my knee pain came back there’s no way I’m gonna wear these I will be returning them , in my personal opinion these orthotics from Foot Levelers, or like buying over the counter. The only differences they might get the exact measurements in foot size, but there’s no real custom orthotic to your foot. They made my orthotic in two days that tells me that it was already premade. Don’t waste your money. The digital machine is enticing. Don’t believe the hype.Review fromGeoff G

2 starsI ordered a pair of custom Noat Sandals from FL through my chiropractor. 2023 was the third season of wearing the sandals as I only wear during the summer and would consider myself a lite wearer of the sandals. Last summer I struggled with keeping the sandals on as the Velcro seemed to be failing after less than 2 seasons of wear. This summer, the Velcro completely gave up the ghost and I had to modify the sandals in order for them to be wearable. I contacted FL and asked them to repair the sandals(I offered to return them at my cost) as they were only 3 years old. Mind you, these sandals were hundreds of dollars and failed in less than 2 years of wear(technically probably less than 12 months of limited wear as I only wear during the summer). The company told me I might want to find a local cobbler to fix them. Are you kidding........do you think this is the 1700's? What a joke. Anyway......fairly good product but absolutely lousy customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.Review fromYuepheng V

1 starI am currently getting the run around with Foot Levers and the clinic that offered their "custom" insoles to me. It is not worth the price. It feels like there are marbles under your feet. I worn the insoles each day for two months with little to no improvement in my foot/ankle pain, so I contact Foot Levelers for a refund (they apparently offer a 100% guarantee, but they have not honored this). They first told me that they would reach out directly to the clinic. After weeks of not hearing back, I contacted them again with their response being that they couldn't get a hold of the clinic but "will keep trying". A few weeks later, I had to reach out to them again for a status update. They then informed me that they don't process refunds directly with patients, and I would have to contact the clinic myself. Guess what! I then contacted my clinic, provided them with the insoles to initiate the refund. It's been almost six months since I first got in contact with Foot Levelers, and there has been no resolution and no honoring of their "100% guarantee." The billing department of the clinic notified me that the "refund would not be accepted for my insoles." I was desperate for foot pain relief, and I would suggest that buyers beware and do research on companies that seem legitimate like Foot Levers.Review fromKristin W

5 starsI swear by my insoles- so much so that I bit the bullet (they’re not cheap!) and got a second pair because I was tired of switching them out between my work sneakers and my court shoes! My plantar fasciitis has not come back since using them, and I’m active on the pickleball court for about 2 hours daily. Have had them for 8 months and they’re still holding up wellReview fromJeremy B

1 starI would give zero if I could. Custom made and fell apart with in a few weeks very painful to wear both company and the dr have been giving my wife and I the runaround. With these installed I could not walk correctly leading to further pain. Felt like I was walking on a hard rock on the ball of my foot. Was told they would send out another set $600 wasted when the new set arrived had them fitted by the dr walked five feet pulled out and tossed in the trash. Then told they can’t do refunds. Compleat garbage.Review fromYary M

1 starWe have been with foot levlers for many years. In 2020 our Kiosk stopped functionning correctly, We reached out to company but as many other company staffing was limited. Summer of 2020 we put in a request to have it looked at but insead we were prompted to check wires, restart modem, check surge protector. The company even sent out a new power plug and new Modem box, still nothing. Fast foward, we left in corner of office not using it. Summer of 2021 (June) our office attended a seminar in Orlando at the *******. We went to the foot levelers booth and it happens to be that our territorial manager Micheal ***** happen to be at same function. We expressed what was going on and he stated to call after the seminar and he or someone from company would help us out. Since then i called about 2 more times and still nothing, The company stated they would reach out to him and he would call back. We heard nothing. Today I called the office again, and the gentleman helping prompted us again to take a look if everything was plugged in and if there were lights and so on so on. I answered all questions and still kiosk does not work. He reached out to Mr. ****** and He stated the next time he would be in area was July. That another option we had was to replace monitor for $250, or upgrade to a new kiosk. He also noted that the monitor was no longer campatible with our kiosk and they did not know if they had in stock, that he believe they did not but would ask and reach out tommorow because the wharehouse personnel were gone for the day. I dont see why we have to pay for a new monitor or upgrade to a new kiosk due to out current kios not working correctly. I can understand if our kiosk was very old and needed to be replaced or we broke it. But the screen just went blank. Coming from an office setting that provides in giving exceptional costumer/patient care. I would do my best to address any situation anyone may need. Guess we have to come out of pocket now or find new vendor.
