9/15/2023 is when I purchased a 2011 dodge Durango from local auto sales llc. They were great to work with at first. Because I was paying the full amount in cash. The windshield had a chip in it and I was told for sure that it was fixed already by ******** I asked several times before purchasing the car as I know it was sold as is and the warranty I was purchasing through them did not cover it. Two weeks go by and it cracks all the way across my windshield. A lot of hassle to get them to live up to their word but they did pay half of the cost to replace it. My 30 day tags expire and I don’t receive an actual plate from them so I ask about it they said I need to do it myself at dmv. At dmv I am told that I should not be doing this because I paid a processing fee already but I have no option other than do it because my tags are expired and they charge random fees for nothing. They never “processed” anything. I had a title from the original owners in ******** and a bill of sales from them. The did NOT register anything for me so they made me pay a fee for absolutely nothing and when calling about the issue they don’t have answers and won’t let you talk. Causing extreme frustration when you paid almost 12000 in cash for them to basically pull one over on you. Let’s not forget to add in that the first sales person we were dealing with said we could have 500 off because we were paying in cash but the guy that finalized everything wouldn’t agree with the terms. So heads up to anyone that thinks that local auto sales llc has any interest in integrity because they certainly do not.
