Tesh from Renewal by Andersen was great from start to finish on our project. She took the time to explain every aspect of the job. The windows far exceeded my expectations even though Tesh had given us a full breakdown of what to expect. If you are ever looking to replace your windows please check with Renewal by Andersen. Their installation team was amazing! I don't normally write reviews but in this case I just had to make an exception. Even after the job is finished they still check to see if you are completely satisfied.

We absolutely love our new windows! Chris ********* spent a great deal of time showing us the features and benefits of the windows. Once we chose to purchase them, we were frequently contacted with updates about the progress and advised of the installation date. The team of installers were extremely efficient, very polite, and conscientious about the exterior and interior of our home. Our neighbors have complimented our new look, too. The windows open and close so easily, and are maintenance free—no more painting! The replacement windows are an investment we will enjoy for years to come! No more banging on window frames to open the windows or wrangling with screens to remove them! Not only did Chris “sell” the windows to us; she kept in touch frequently to check on the progress and even contacted us AFTER the installation!Renewal by Andersen

Met with Design Consultant (Chris *********) 1st part of March 2024. Chris recommended replacing two large and 2 smaller windows with slider windows, and this was a brillant recommendation on her part !! I was very impressed with the quality of the window frames compared to your local ****** or **** ***** stores. I was continually informed on status of the special order of the windows. May 7, 2024 windows were installed by Oscar ******** and his three crew members. I am totally satisfied with their work ! Very knowledgeable crew members, superb work ethics, and clean up inside and outside was more than professional. No one would know the installers were even here !! Was an enjoyable pleasure having the installation crew here !! It goes beyond saying, I had nothing but an enjoyable pleasure from meeting Chirs to place the order, to having Oscar and his crew installing the windows ! Andersen windows may be a cost a little more than a local box store, but their product, Sales Rep and Installation Crew gives you a professional job all the way through !! My personal "Thanks " for all Chris, Oscar and his crew done for me !!!! I would give all a 10 star rating because they earned it. !!!Renewal by Andersen
