Company was hired for services rendered on January 23rd and 24th to tree 1 tree and full removal of two trees including stump grinding. The quoted and agreed upon price was $3,200. After tree removal was complete I found damaged siding on the house and after getting quotes for repair we deducted the cost of repair from the final bill to be $2,800. I was told by the owner the stumps were ground out and that the grindings were left in a pile on top of the holes to break down over the next months and would be decomposed by spring and ready to plant grass. I reached out on April 1st to inquire about the stump grinding process as no changes are observed and received no response. I reached out again on April 20th with no response. On April 21st I removed the tree grindings myself to find that one of the stumps was still in tact well above the ground and the other was ground down even to ground level, neither were as agreed to. I contacted the owner on April 21st describing what I found and asked what it would take to get them out to finish the job. I was told they sold their machine and was given the contact information of someone else to hire to complete their job. I responded that I was hoping to not have to pay someone else to complete their job and was met with no communication again. I left an honest review out their ******** page not recommending their company on April 22nd. I attempted to follow up on April 23rd to see if we could fix this situation and they contract the completion of the job or provide a partial refund for services not rendered and have been blocked by the owner and unable to reach him. I would like the job finished or refund to have this completed by a professional.
