We do not offer refunds. However, we will accept the return of any skincare product (used or unused) within 14 days of purchase for a full credit to the patient’s account, which may be used on any product or service.
Payments for services rendered are not refundable.
Prepayments for packages cannot be refunded, however, unused prepayments may be used towards other services or products.
Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
All gift cards and prepayments for future services expire one year from the date of purchase.
