Per our invoice, we paid ********* for the following: Encapsulation: 1. Thick PVC vapor barrier 2. Dehumidifier 3. Foam board to cover vents 4. Foam to fill any holes in foundation This is what we have discovered due to our recent home inspection: 1. PVC thick vapor barrier was not completely installed under the entire house. Approximately 35-40 percent of the house was not covered with thick vapor barrier at all. 2. The dehumidifier was plugged into an extension cord, which could have resulted in a fire. We have since paid an electrician **** to correctly install the dehumidifier 3. Foam was not used to fill all holes in the foundationBusiness response

With a confirm text showing completion February 15 I have not heard anything back from Mr. ***** Good or bad. Assume customer satisfied. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/02/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Business agreed to pay **** for the electrician we hired to come out and fix his job. Will never use this company again. Business admitted that he was tired and never finished the job! No one ever received pictures of the completed job!
