    I had a slight leak in my garage a few years ago and came across shorty in a ********** parking lot. ****** came over to look at what the problem was..He stated the problem was the roof design . After listening to what I thought was an expert I decided to have shorty repair the section of the roof. It still leaked. He came out twice more after that. It still leaked .I called him several times with my calls being ignored.It was apparent that he didn't care about correcting the problem. I recently had some hail damage to the roof and had it replaced. During the course of the replacement it was discovered the source of the leak was the flashing. While shorty may be competent in gutters and siding I clearly don't feel the same regarding his roofing abilities

    I solicited three of four quotes for new gutters and downspouts and after a neighbors suggestion decided to go with Shorties. Mr. J******** quote was fair and he was able to work with me on pricing. He was onsite to oversee the removal and new install and was always available by phone if I had any questions/concerns. I can tell he takes pride in the work done. I recommend Shorties and he also does siding, roofing and new window install.
