    Money was taken from my account by this company without my permission and without any reason for an automatic payment that I DID NOT set up.My bill had been and always has been paid in full.The money taken was not put towards my payment history on my account. No documentation of my payment is in my account.The company is refusing to call me back or to respond to my emails

Screenshot of customer who received reply from Davis Disposal about recycling not being offered I have been unable to locate, through hours of searching, the article that Davis Disposal supposedly put in the Free Lance Star regarding their inability to provide recycling services to customers.

    re: Davis Disposal LLC complaint ID ********.

    I received the requested refund from Davis Disposal LLC, but have yet to see any notification to current customers (have verified through neighbors and on **** **** ***) that customers who are continuing to pay the $* a month for recycling are NOT getting recycling services, instead recycling materials are simply being thrown into the landfill with the rest of trash. I also requested through the ******** ********* office that Davis Disposal provide transparency on when exactly recycling was discontinued, as it is our belief that Davis Disposal owes us and other customers MORE than what we were refunded, as we are now learning that they have told OTHER people that recycling has not occurred since at least July 2022.

    (Also it is important to note that the refund we were issued was issued the same day - though I didn't actually see this until 5 days later - that I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the ******** *******, and I noted to Davis Disposal on the phone that I had done that, so they issued the refund in order to circumvent my official complaint.)
