    I hired Yemiser’s House Cleaning services on 11/2/2022. I was not pleased with the job and let her know my dissatisfaction with photos of what I believed to be an oversight on the part of her and her teams and wished her to know that I was confused and displeased. She then began a barrage of insults, lies and extortion. She claimed if I didn’t pay her ASAP she would contact lawyers and claim she fell while cleaning my house and hurt her arm and couldn’t work. She has not mentioned any injuries when leaving my house after I hired her. She also will not stop contacting me even after I after her to stop. There was no payment discussed beforehand, and I offered what I thought was fair. She extorted me for double that amount and I would like to discuss billing amendments with BBB based off of these claims and her behavior. Attached are the photos I sent her of the house after she had “cleaned” as well as screenshots of our text exchange.
