Horrible Experiences with this company.... The manager, ****** is a liar...he recommended timing chains to be replaced for $1000.00 labor and $600 in parts. After talking with the owner of A.Automotive he agreed to allow the shop to use the timing chain kit we bought on the internet and charge only labor...when when the car was picked up, the bill was over **** and he doctored the bill to include many various and miscellaneous parts. ALL the same check engine codes still happening...he "checked" the car again and said the crank shaft had gone bad and it needed new motor. We glyook it to another shop who did a bore scope check of the crank shaft and it was fine, they recommended timing chains be replaced. We, paid them to do it and it worked and so led the is***s. I called and spoke with ****** and he continues to claim the shop did the timing chain replacement...when the old chains and guides we were taken out by the other shop, ***************, they said they were probably original chains from all the ware done to them. This is the very short version of our experience with this shop and it's Horrible lieing manager. The car sat for many weeks each time the got the car just to bill ** and give it back in same condition each time... He said he is running a million dollar business and doesn't have time... Then bills for work HE KNOWS WAS NOT DONE! DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS SHOP, IT WILL COST YOU SO MUCH MORE MONEY AND TIME AND CAR WILL NOT BE FIXED! Manager says I cannot talk to owner that I should go ahead and *** the shop!
