We hired them for a deep clean in my parents house. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. When they were done we went over the check list and as I pointed out several things the lead person rolled her eyes and actually made a face. The kitchen back splash was greasy, there were cobwebs on the bottom of the cabinets, the woodwork in several areas were never wiped, there was a puzzle piece under the kitchen table and dust. The light fixtures were dusty, the top of the hutch was never dusted, and the floor had streaks. This was not a deep clean at all or any other type of clean. We paid $845.00 for 3 ladies for 4 hours. We are trying to get the company to correct the situation. I just do not want anyone to look at their web site and believe the so called reviews, I should have looked at the reviews on goggle and yelp where the reviews were the same as our experience. I paid them the down payment which was half, and I told the lady that my sister would be paying the balance when the job was completed. They charged my card for the balance as the cleaning crew had just left. When I called they told me that this is their policy, I told her that I did not authorize the charge nor did anyone call me. I was very upset that they had kept all my credit information including the pin. Is there anything I can do or report to so this does not happen to someone else. Sincerely ****** *******
