    I purchased a 2020 ***** ****** from this dealership. On my drive home the tire inflation light came on. First thing the next day I notified the dealership of the problem. I brought it back they said it was due to air temperatures in the tire. Two days later the light came.om again. I took it to a mechanic in Marshall Va on 1/23/23. We discovered a plug had been put in the tire. The plug was slowly leaking air. Plugs should not be used in Radial tires. I asked the dealership on 1/23/23 to replace the tire at no cost because they sold me a defective tire on a vehicle. They refused to replace the tire. I want them to replace the tire

    The service department at this facility lacks the ability to communicate properly when dealing with customers who are/is in the process of getting there vehicle fixed. I brought my 2015 dodge durango in to get check out due to transmission issues, as I stated to the representative, they diagnosed the problem and made a different assumption and processed to do work on my motor instead, which was not apart of the original problem. While I waited on the truck to be fixed due to parts taking longer than normal to come in I was left with paying for a rental for the extended time my vehicle was at the shop, they did not put in any effort into accommodating me and my family with a loaner vehicle, costing me more money and still inconvenienced, but according to my vehicle's warranty, it would have had to be out of common courtesy. Once they were completely done fixing the vehicle they gave me a call stating the truck was still having the same problems it had once it came in along with me owing them a total of 5,631.78 dollars which at the moment is not paid. Which if paid I would have been stuck with a broken truck leaving me and my family in the same position with no vehicle. The one major thing that came across very confusing was the mechanic stated my 2015 dodge durango was not doing what I stated and no call was made to notify me to decide what action to take from there beside costing me a large amount of money and still inconvenienced. I emailed Robert C*** about my experience and still haven\t received a call or email back.
