    Very timely service! I need an inspector to finish my work within a tight deadline, called lots, either they don't do residential or they charge ridiculous fee. Next day rescued me and charged way lower price than those insane competitors. Thanks for saving my move.

    Great service, would definitely recommend, as called in for inspection fairly late and was able to obtain professional service in less then 12 hours. Professional inspector that went through an entire house and identified everything that would be beneficial when you are buying a house.
